Beschreibung

CaptionBot adds a floating transcription everywhere on your iOS device. Any sound that apps make -- even if the device is muted! -- we'll hear and transcribe it. Podcasts? Instagram videos? Games? Phone calls? Weird things we haven't even thought of? We got it.

We use the same system to capture your sound that Apple or Zoom does to record and share your screen. Except we just take the audio, and transcribe it. That means we can record pretty much everything on the phone! If it makes noise, we should be able to hear it.

CaptionBot will also let you translate speech in real time. Want to watch the French news, but there's no English subs? No problem, fire up CaptionBot and you're sorted. Trying to find your way through a phone tree in a foreign language? CaptionBot can translate it for you, so you'll know just what to press.
