Paid for sub but no longer downloads with new app

The newest app version does not allow downloads with iPad 2. The download hangs and doesn't do anything more. Contacted customer "service". What a joke, zero help. So stuck with having paid a year for the sub without being able to read the magazines. Never again. Car has now lost a long time customer due to their non functioning app and unhelpful to useless customer service.
