ABOUT CARDIIO
Blood absorbs light. Every time your heart beats, the blood flow to your finger increases, causing more light to be absorbed. In between beats, less light is absorbed. By using your smartphone camera to capture tiny changes in reflected light from your finger, Cardiio can calculate your heart rate.
**IMPORTANT TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
• ALWAYS hold your phone steady, keep still, and don’t talk during a measurement.
• Make sure your fingers are not cold.
• Cover the entire back camera lightly with your finger; Don't press too hard to avoid restricting blood flow to your finger.

Sehr genau!
Finger- und Gesichtsmessung funktionieren gut!
Meine Messungen stimmten überein,
habe mit zwei Pulsmessgeräten
verglichen.
Mit den festgestellten Vergleichsmessungen mit hochwertigen Geräten habe ich immer genau oder mit ganz kleinen
Abweichungen gemessen.
Ich verlange nicht mit einer kostenlosen App 100 % Genauigkeit.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass ich mal kurz
und sehr schnell ein Ergebnis mit
meinem iPhone bekomme. Das reicht mir aus. Mit den Pro Versionen
habe ich bisher noch nicht geliebäugelt. Meinen Körper bzw.
mein Herz habe ich ganz gut unter
Beachtung. Dazu gehört der Besuch
bei meiner Cardiologin alle 1/4 Jahre. Ich bin mit meiner Gesundheit
nicht gut umgegangen. Dass ich 70. Jahre geworden bin, trotz Rauchen
hätte ich nicht gedacht, mein Vater
ist mit 54. Jahren am vierten Infarkt
gestorben. Heute gibt es doch Med.
Fortschritt. Vor einem Jahr bin ich vom Rad gefallen, seit der Zeit habe ich einen Herzschrittmacher, mein Puls war extrem niedrig. Aus diesem
Grund kann ich mit dieser Cardiio App mal kurz messen. Wenn irgendwann die gebrochen Knochen und die Rückenwirbel wieder fit werden, möchte ich noch ein bisschen Zeit auf der Welt verbringen, die kleine App hilft mir
hoffentlich dabei…

Funktioniert prima
Misst den Puls recht genau und zuverlässig. Bietet noch weitere Möglichkeiten, wenn man auf Pro updatet... hab ich aber nicht, ich brauch nur den Puls...
