App unreliable to load. Make sure to take screenshots of boarding tickets

If you did not make any screenshots of your boarding tickets you’ll be up for a lot of stress at the airport.

Even with 5G (70 Mbits/s) the app is not loading at the airport. Luckily I had made screenshot of the tickets as a backup.

Furthermore the check in is tedious with the app/website. But then again, YOU wanted to save money on your flight and that’s what you get.

App and Website

Both App and website is a total joke. They try to launch a new system for more than a year now. Nothing changes. U always need to jump between those two systems. Sometimes login doesn’t work, sometimes features don’t work. Absolutely ridiculous. Pay some bucks more and go with PAL.

Shut down your whole company!!! Nothing works!! App website and pointy flights doesn’t exist and working badly since many years!! I wonder that there is not every day a crash with their airplanes. I don’t have any trust anymore in that airline.
