App and Website
Both App and website is a total joke. They try to launch a new system for more than a year now. Nothing changes. U always need to jump between those two systems. Sometimes login doesn’t work, sometimes features don’t work. Absolutely ridiculous. Pay some bucks more and go with PAL.
Shut down your whole company!!!
Shut down your whole company!!! Nothing works!! App website and pointy flights doesn’t exist and working badly since many years!! I wonder that there is not every day a crash with their airplanes. I don’t have any trust anymore in that airline.
Worst app
Never work well. Can’t book a flight. Always have to refill again same data. If it goes to pay it shuts down.
Gettin logged in in my account doesn’t work.
Unbelievable for such a company to have such a super bad app. No possibility to give ZERO Points
