Fix to address repeated login prompts and other miscellaneous bug fixes

Incredibly bad

I have barely ever seen something this bad. I’m only talking about the app technically now. The app logs out basically every second time one opens it. Then one has to try at least 5 times to log in because the login screen closes. From there on it’s just bad user experience. I’d start a new app from scratch.

The login window doesn't even opens.

Cannot login

It’s impossible to login with correct CFA Institute credentials. Please get to work and fix that bug. It’s a disgrace for a respectful organization to carry such a bug for a year.
