CHIPR integrates with the Apple Health app and the users Apple Watch to provide insights into their training, recovery, and sleep. This data allows athletes to make changes to their lifestyle and training to improve their performance.

CHIPR provides the ability to create “Groups”. Groups allow coaches and teammates to see every member of the groups Activity Score, Recovery Score, and Sleep Score. This data provides insights to coaches to help prevent overtraining or under training.

Information about CHIPR subscription:
- Subscribers will receive 1 week free of CHIPR
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- As your subscription is active, you will have access to the entire iPhone app for these periods, respectfully.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Automatic renewals will cost the same price you were originally charged for the subscription.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

Ok, aber gut nur mit Pro

Für 30 Euro im Jahr bekommt man erst alle Infos, sonst nur die Basics. Es gibt auch eine 7-Tage-Demo. Trotzdem ist es nur in Englisch und die Basics hatten mich optisch nicht 100% überzeugt um Pro zu testen.

Don’t understand the Scores

Hey
First off pretty nice work on a 1.0 first shot - hope you keep evolving it 💪🏻
I don’t really understand the scores - especially the strain scores for workouts ?
How exactly are they calculated ? The whoop needs your personal MAX HR to calculate the strain scores - you don’t ask for that metric ?
Instead you seem to compare the current strain against some kind of data history ?
How long is this data history ? How much history is pulled in on initial setup ? And how long does it take the app to learn my normal training Pensum so that those scores are reflected correctly ?

How’s the daily score calculated ?
Same relative way to some everyday score baseline ?
30 days ? 60 days ?

And how can the workout score be 18 for example and the day score is 12 ?
Whoop works different / that’s ok but it needs explanation how you get there 🙏🏻

Recovery part and sleep part look good 💪🏻
Will alter the stars up if there’s more explanation to all this 🙂

This app needs some more education articles 🙃

I do not get any data into the app - even if this is working fine for different other apps fed by apple watch / health data.
