The Cigna Health Benefits app is designed for customers in a Cigna Global Health Benefits group plan sponsored by an International Organisation (IGO/NGO) or a corporation in Africa.
You can use this app if your membership card displays www.cignahealthbenefits.com and a personal reference number (xxx/xxxxx…).
With the Cigna Health Benefits app, you can:
• Search for a doctor, hospital or facility, and email the search results
• Download or send an electronic version of your membership card for you or a family member*
• Submit claims* and check the status of your pending claims
• Contact us with the tap of a finger

Diese App ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Seit der letzten iOs Version stürzt sie ständig ab und ist somit komplett nutzlos. Traurig und rufschädigend für Cigna!

Eine Katastrophe seit dem letzten Update. Stürzt ständig ab und ist quasi nicht nutzbar.
Nutzerfreundlichkeit verbesserungswürdig
Das einloggen ist sehr nervig.
Er ist eine ewig lange Nutzer ID ein tippen und dann noch ein zehn Zeichen langes Passwort.
In Zeiten von Face ID und Fingerabdruck könnte das eleganter funktionieren.
Betrag und Rechnungsdatum finden sich heutzutage im QR Code. Warum muss der Nutzer all das Eintippen?
Die App ist schon sehr altmodisch.
