The Smart Control app from CLAGE is compatible with all systems for tablets and smartphones. With the app, the hot water supply in the house or flat can be operated digitally. The app enables comfortable control of CLAGE electronic instantaneous water heaters through an intuitive user interface for convenient setting of the desired water temperatures, as well as the option of setting up additional functions. The content of the app automatically adapts to the range of functions of the connected device. When connected to a DSX Touch or ISX, all functions are accessible. When connected to a CEX, for example, functions for motor valve and WLAN settings are hidden because they are not available in the instantaneous water heater. A view at the display is enough to check water and energy consumption as well as the costs for the selected period. The user can adjust his consumption behaviour, save costs and thus protect the environment.
NOTE:
A CLAGE instantaneous water heater with Bluetooth function is required to use this app. Models with Bluetooth ex works: DSX Touch (from year of manufacture 2020), ISX, DEX Next S, DSX Touch Twin, ISX Twin, CFX (from year of manufacture 2022).
To ensure full functionality, the following enables are required:
- Bluetooth (for device search and communication)
- WLAN and device search (only for DSX Touch and ISX for access to all functions of the integrated home server)
- Camera (for QR code scanning)
- Memory (for recording statistical data)
Alternatively, an FXE3 Bluetooth radio adapter is available for retrofitting to compatible models. Compatible models: DEX Next, DEX12 Next (from year of manufacture 2020), CEX, CEX-U, CEX9, CEX9-U, MCX (from year of manufacture 2022)

Tut was sie soll
Nutze die App, um einen DSX Touch damit zu managen. Die Einrichtung war etwas hakelig und nicht ganz selbsterklärend, aber wer ein wenig Sachverstand in Sachen Netzwerk und Router mitbringt, wird sich damit nicht allzu schwertun. Was anfangs genervt hat, waren häufigere Verbindungsverluste zur Clage Cloud, seitdem ich den DSX allerdings aus dem Mesh herausgenommen und einem dezidierten Repeater und Netzwerk zugeordnet habe, läuft alles reibungslos. Bin auch ansonsten zufrieden, die Kombi von DSX Touch und App entspricht meinen Erwartungen und Anforderungen.
Müll
Wer gibt 600,- bis 700,- Euro für einen Server aus um einen Durchlauferhitzer Smart zu machen und ihn per App zu steuern. Total überteuert!!! Soviel kann man durch die App-Steuerung gar nicht sparen.
Das meiste läßt sich wohl sparen, wenn man darauf verzichtet. Da nützt auch eine kostenlose App nichts.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. In unserer neuen Produktlinie, speziell dem DSX Touch, ist die Funktion des Homeservers bereits integriert. Diese sind erhältlich ab Oktober 2019. Schauen Sie gerne auf unserer Homepage vorbei und informieren Sie sich über das neue Produkt. Die App bleibt kostenlos, sodass diese ohne Mehrkosten mit dem Gerät genutzt werden kann.
Totale verarschung! What a rip-off!
Durchlauferhitzer werden als App-Tauglich geworben (app ist sogar kostenlos!). Home server HSX ist aber erforderlich und kostet über 600 €!! Hahahaha! Damit kann ich dann sehen wie ich spare!

Products are sold as compatible with the free app. But you need the Server HSX (Hoax?) for about 700€... gotcha! I don’t think the app can help me save that much!
Too bad, looks like it would be great if it weren’t such an unrealistic price!
Because of this I don’t think I’ll ever buy CLAGE again! 😡

wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Meinung. Das Feedback zu unseren HSX-Servern haben wir aufgenommen und in unseren Weiterentwicklungen berücksichtigt. Die neuen Durchlauferhitzer von CLAGE – erhältlich ab Oktober 2019 – werden die Serverfunktionen bereits eingebaut haben, sodass zu diesen Geräten kein separater Server mehr nötig ist. We value your opinion. Your feedback on our HSX servers was considered in our further developments. The new CLAGE instantaneous water heaters - available from October 2019 - will already have the server function built in, so that no separate server is required for these devices.
