Leider nicht brauchbar 😞
Ich gehe seit Jahren zu cleanline. Und auf so ne App habe ich gewartet 🤩. Und nun ist sie endlich da. Die App sieht auch super aus. Auch alles ziemlich übersichtlich. Jetzt das große aber…. leider kann man keine Karte hinzufügen, so kann man die App leider nicht gebrauchen. Sehr schade. Hab mir Hilfe bei cleanline direkt Vorort geholt. Leider ohne Erfolg. Auch die wussten nicht weiter. Ich hoffe es wird schnell behoben.

Hallo lieber Diamant,
sehr wahrscheinlich haben Sie noch eine der ersten cleanline-Karten, die ausgegeben wurden. In der Zwischenzeit hat das QR-Format gewechselt, sodass diese Karten nicht in der App erfasst werden können. Das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm, da die Kollegen vor Ort Ihre alte Karte in eine neue übertragen können, die sich dann auch problemlos in der App erfassen und nutzen lässt.
