Die App hat noch viel Luft nach oben!
Sehr ärgerlich ist, dass eingehende Anrufe nicht auf der Apple Watch signalisiert werden, so wie es andere Apps tun. Das zwingt einen, immer das iPhone mitzunehmen. Außerdem fehlt eine Möglichkeit, aus der Anrufliste heraus neue private Kontakte anzulegen. Dafür muss ich extra in die Weboberfläche. Ingesamt fühlt sich die Usability nicht rund an. Zum Beispiel würde ich erwarten, dass die App beim Start direkt auf die Seite mit den Nummerntasten springt, so dass man gleich eine Nummer eingeben kann. Auf der Seite sollte es dann Buttons für Wahlwiederholung und zu den Kontakten geben. Auf der Favoriten Seite fehlt eine Möglichkeit direkt alle Kontakte anzuzeigen. Stattdessen muss man erst in die Suche springen.

Sehr gute APP
Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Anbietern ist die Cloudya Mobile App perfekt für den Gebrauch im Tagesgeschäft. Für alle neuen Nutzer stellt NFON ein gute beschriebenes Benutzerhandbuch zur Verfügung. Ich habe nach wenigen Minuten die wichtigsten Funktionen verstanden und nutze diese Täglich wie z.b. DND/ Weiterleitung mit und ohne Rücksprache etc.

Funktioniert gut, aber….
…wäre schön eine Apple CarPlay Integration zu haben. Gerade während der Fahrt im Auto sehr praktisch. In der Rufliste tauchen nur Nummern auf bei bspw. verpasste Anrufer, sieht bei mir aus wie 2 hat angerufen.
Kann mir aber durchaus vorstellen das da Apple wieder diverse Restriktionen hat und das nicht freigibt. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Beim App-Logo wäre eine ganz dezente helle Umrandung schön damit im Dunkelmodus und dunklem Hintergrundbild es etwas besser erkennbar ist.
