CNotes™ – Shift Notes With Operational Excellence
CNotes™ is the shift handover solution that consolidates all information required for a consistent, up-to-date view of key process and lab data, problems, operating targets and shift logs, critical safety system bypass and abnormal situation workflows to ensure a consistent shift handover.
CNotes™ (Shift Handovers) includes:
• CNotes™ captures data from across the plant making it available through a user-friendly web or mobile-based user interface with searchable shift summaries and one-pager turnover reports.
• Templates ensure all essential information is recorded, including historian data, lab information, standing alarms, safety inhibits and bypasses. CNotes ensures a structured, secure, electronic shift handover to the incoming operator.
• CNotes™ supports multi-language and real-time language translation.
CNotesMobile - Single source of truth for plant-wide shift communication
CNotesMobile is an extension of the CNotes™ web application and provides all functionalities of the application on mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. CNotesMobile allows plant personnel to schedule and complete operator rounds, routine duties, shift notes, unit configuration questions and review of process data. The CNotesMobile application can be configured to save data offline and synchronize with CNotes™ system once connected with network. The CNotesMobile app can also provide timely critical safety bypass or abnormal situation workflow approval notifications.
