Verbesserungsvorschläge
Die App ist nach anfänglichen Problemen gut zu nutzen. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich noch. In manchen Fällen sind Container noch auf der Schiene unterwegs, man kann sie zwar bereits zur Abholung buchen, wird aber hierüber nicht informiert. Schön wäre es natürlich wenn man Informationen über den Status des Containers bekäme wie zum Beispiel,
„Zug (Container) XY wartet noch auf Freigabe zur Kranung, befindet sich aber bereits im Terminal“
„Voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit Zug XY mit Container XY“

Hallo,
vielen Dank für das positive konstruktive Feedback! Wir nehmen das mal mit und klären das. Leider liegt hier vor allem die Entscheidung beim Terminal, ob dieser Status technisch vorhanden ist und angezeigt werden kann/darf. Wir bekommen aktuell aber teils schon Informationen über Zugverspätungen. Sofern ein gebuchter Slot dann nicht mehr gehalten werden kann, gibt es auch eine Benachrichtigung an den Fahrer. Hier wird aktuell auf allen Seiten noch daran gearbeitet, dass wir mehr und genauere Verspätungsdaten bekommen.

Braucht ein Fahrer sowas nicht !
1 .Zuerst - es kostet und nicht wenig.
2. Anmeldung ( Identifikation ) ist nicht zur Ende gedacht. Ich bin auf dem Ausweis Bild ohne Bart, aktuell trage ein und es ist nach den zweiten Versuch Konto - gesperrt . Support kann seit zwei Tagen nicht helfen.
3. Weg damit und lass uns einfach in Ruhe.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Der Verifizierungsprozess liegt leider nicht vollständig in unserer Hand. Aber diese Funktion wird bald verbessert, sodass Dokumente im Zweifelsfall wie von Ihnen beschrieben manuell durch eine zuständige Person vom Dienstleister IDNow geprüft wird. So vermeiden Sie sicherlich Probleme bei der Authentifizierung.
Zu den Themen Preis sowie aktuelle Regulierungen bei den Terminals, wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den entsprechenden Terminalbetreiber. Unsere App ist grundsätzlich kostenlos.
