What is better than flying a drone? Flying a drone with a copilot!
Copilot for DJI drones enables you to view the live view from the drone camera simultaneously on a second device like iPhone or iPad when using "Drone Director for DJI". As a Copilot you can control the camera, gimbal, focus, exposure and start/stop filming.
The assistant using "Copilot" can give instructions to the pilot to optimize picture and video taking.
To initialize "Copilot" the devices must be in the same wifi network. This can be done by an external router or easier by a hotspot created by one of the devices.

For optimum results, a new iDevice should be used starting with the iPhone 6s, iPad 3 or iPad mini 2.

Nur noch zu Zweit

Ich fliege nur noch mit einem Copilot. Es bringt noch viel mehr Spaß eine Drohne zu zweit zu fliegen als alleine. Seit dem ich gemeinsam fliege haben sich auch meine Video Künste verbessert. Zu zweit sieht man einfach besser als alleine. Leider ist der LiveStream manchmal um 1s verzögert wenn ich ein älteres gerät als ein iPhone 6 verwende.

Sehr gelungen, wenn man mal mit jemanden zusammen fliegen möchte.
