ON LAND
Log in with your booking number or C|Club membership and manage:
- YOUR PROFILE | Easily access your C|Club profile to view your updated point balance, privileges and discounts, or see your past cruises.
- BOOK YOUR CRUISE | Look for your ideal cruise and buy it directly from the APP
- YOUR ITINERARY | Check how long is left to your departure. Discover the complete itinerary and available excursions in advance. Explore the ship's bridges to find: Restaurants, bars, lounges and the precise location of your cabin.
ON BOARD:
Connect to the ship's network, log in with your Costa Card or C|Club membership and manage:
- BOOKINGS | Book your special dinners in the themed restaurants, purchase your excursions and Internet packages to get on the ship's network and be always connected.
- OGGI A BORDO | Browse all scheduled activities on the Diario di bordo. Discover locations and timings and save your favorite events directly into MyAgenda, your personalized calendar that also shows your bookings.
- CHAT | Don't miss out on any message from your travel companions or the new friends you met on the cruise.
- DIGITAL EMERGENCY DRILL | Conveniently complete the important and compulsory emergency drill from your smartphone.
- MY EXPENSES | Monitor your expenses in real time, download the reminder with all expense items and stay updated.

Funktion
Leider funktioniert dies App nur, wenn sie Lust hat, manchmal hat man das Glück und es erscheint die Route, oder auch nicht, dann erscheint, bitte aktualisieren, leider geht das dann nicht! Da gibt es echt viel bessere Apps z.B. von Aida, da funktioniert alles!!
Schritt für Schritt
Über die Jahre hat es sich langsam aber sicher zum täglichen Begleiter an Board entwickelt.
Angepasstes Programm je nach Sprache.
Allerdings sehr einseitig.
Das neue Diario alias Oggi a Bordo (Druckversion) ist leider nicht so gelungen wie die alte Variante. Erinnert eher an ein Werbeflyer. Wenig Informationen, keine Geschichte mehr zum Hafen, keine Navigationsangaben, reines Schema F Standard Programm - Einheitsbrei. Die App kann das bei weitem nicht ersetzen.
Daher wäre ein bewährtes PDF in der App zu Ansicht der täglichen Aktivitäten sicherlich eine schöne Ergänzung. Das lässt sich sicher automatisch und dynamisch aus den in der App angelegten Programmpunkten generieren, für fähige Programmierer ein Kinderspiel. Viele Grüße von der Costa Fascinosa
Eine Blamage diese App
Diese App ist eine Zumutung. Sie hat nie richtig funktioniert.. ! Man konnte sich noch nicht einmal 10 Tage vor der Reise .. !! Den Online Check In durchführen .. wie man in der Nachricht dazu Aufgefordert wurde..! Beim Anrufen des Service wurde einem unqualifizierte Tipps Empfohlen ( App neu laden - aktualisieren) Handy Software..!
Erst der der Energische Hinweis das ich nicht der einzige bin der Probleme hat mit der App bewegte den Mitarbeiter dazu meine Daten per Telefon Festnetz einzutragen. Selbst an Bord hat Sie nie richtig Funktioniert… in Restaurants kein Speiseplan..! Keine richtige Guthaben Anzeige..! Keine Ausflugs Anzeige..! Keine funktionierende Veranstaltungs Anzeige ..! Mal hat Sie Funktioniert dann wieder nicht.. ganz Einfach ..! Eine Zumutung..!! Ich war mit dem Personal Restaurant und Kabinen zufrieden. Und auch mit dem Essen.
Wenn ich aber als leicht Gehbehindert einen Rollstuhl benötige und den Service Anrufe und es kommt jemand ohne Rollstuhl ..!! Was soll das .. ??
