Übersichtliche App die auch sauber läuft, allerdings finde ich keinen „zurück Button“ das ist sehr ärgerlich. Bitte beheben 😊🙏🏼

Leider müssen wir aus technischen Gründen das Tracking eingeschaltet lassen, das betrifft aber nur den Checkout.
Wofür ?
App schmiert immer wieder ab. Im Bestellvorgang 2 mal aufgehangen während die Kontodaten bereits angegeben waren.
Beide Male muss die App geschlossen werden da ein neues Laden nicht funktioniert. Nach schließen der App und wieder neu öffnen ist jedes Mal wieder eine neue Anmeldung nötig. Man wird immer wieder einfach ausgeloggt?! Jedes Mal ist der Warenkorb komplett gelöscht. Es gibt in der App keine Möglichkeit seine bereits getätigten Bestellungen einzusehen?
Wofür soll die App also gut sein?
Hab jetzt auch keine Lust mehr ein drittes mal alles rauszusuchen und neu in den Warenkorb zu legen vor allem weil jetzt auch mein Gutscheincodes über 10% nicht mehr funktioniert. Bin echt genervt.

Crazy ist und bleibt super..
Crazy Factory ist einfach ein klasse online Shop. Man findet immer was man braucht.
Auch beim stöbern findet man immer was.
Bis jetzt immer super Qualität der bestellten Schmuckstücke. Immer top Preise.
Das einzige was eine absolute Katastrophe ist, die App … viel zu lange am Laden , keine vernünftige Möglichkeit zwischen den Seiten hin und her zu wechseln, schrecklich, man muss immer wieder über das Menü anfangen.. Da muss mal was passieren..
