You are looking for an app which supports your manual inventory? Here it is! It will reduce effort and error rate at manual inventories!
The app is kept as simple as possible:
1) Create or import an inventory!
2) Add products to this inventory or select an imported product!
3) Collect counted amounts (positive or negative) until the amount was completely counted!
4) Export the inventory report or send it as pdf-data-file, labeled with your individual company address.

Tolle, einfach zu bedienende App, mit nur kleinen Schwächen!
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App. Ich nutze sie privat um Überblick über meine privaten Sammlungen zu erhalten. Die Bedienung ist einfach und recht intuitiv. Und das ohne, dass man sich irgendwo registrieren muss und Inappkäufe akzeptieren soll.
Schön wäre, wenn man die erstellte Inventur nach den jeweiligen Angaben (Bezeichnung, Preis, Menge, etc.) sortieren könnte. Vielleicht ist das ja mal mit einem Update machbar?
Noch cooler wäre eine Barcodeerstellung zur Inventarisierung. Aber das wäre purer Luxus und kein Muss 😁
Einen Fehler weiß ich zu melden. Manchmal (etwa aller zehn Artikel) meldet die App man solle vor dem Speichern eine Artikelbezeichnung eingeben, obwohl diese eingegeben wurde, damit einher geht, dass keine Soll-Menge eingegeben werden kann. Man muss die Eingabe dann abbrechen und mit diesem Artikel neu beginnen, alles andere nützt nichts. Da dabei keine anderen Artikel verloren gehen oder es sonst irgendwelche Probleme mit der erstellten Inventurliste gibt, ist der Fehler zwar nervig, aber ungefährlich.
Einfach gut!
Wir setzen die App seit zwei Jahren ein und möchten sie bei händischen Inventuren nicht mehr missen! Wie lange haben wir nach einer computergestützten Inventursoftware gesucht! Für jeden Buchhalter eine super Hilfe.
Leider Probleme mit der App
Ich habe Probleme damit die Inventurliste zu drucken oder exportieren .
Die App schließt sich einfach ...
Wäre gut wenn es eine Lösung geben würde.

Beschreiben Sie einfach, was Sie genau und in welcher Reihenfolge getan haben.
