Our prices are in USD and may vary depending on prevailing exchange rates. You may cancel your subscription at any point. If you cancel during the active subscription period, no refund will be given.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account. You will be charged for auto-renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal through the settings in your iTunes account.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

We're in conversation with Twitter at the moment, and are still waiting for an update on their end to get some more clarity on this issue. Until then, our team is working round the clock to get the other Twitter features like Scheduling/Publish and Mentions up and running for our users.

back to the roots - better than before
der seltsame Chatbot ist anscheinend wieder weg, nun kann man seine Follower wieder wie gewohnt verwalten.
Die Oberfläche ist noch ein wenig aufgeräumter als vorher, auch die Stabilität ist besser. Funktioniert 1a mit bis zu 20 Twitter Accounts.
Besonders gut gefällt mir die kluge Vorsortierung. So werden Non-Follower (Menschen, die‘s eh nicht interessiert) nach ältestem zuerst, Fans und Recent Followers nach neuestem zuerst, und Competitor‘s Followers nach Engagement vorsortiert.
Sehr schön ist die Funktion, dass sich die App (bzw. der Crowdfire Server) merken kann, wem man schon jemals eine Kontaktanfrage geschickt hat, und diese nicht mehr anbietet. So schickt man nach und nach jedem Mensch eine Anfrage, zu Themen, wo es passt, und es trifft nur Leute, die auch einen SocialMedia-Account offen haben. Wer nicht annimmt, hört nie wieder was von mir. Netter geht‘s nicht.
Insgesamt muss man soch im Klaren sein, dass ein reines Wachstum „ohne Sinn“ auf Dauer keinen Sinn macht. Die Leute laufen von allein wieder weg. Wenn man sich aber Mühe gibt, eine schöne Timeline aufzubauen, interessante Infos, jeden Tag ein paar neue Tweets, und vor allem auch an der Website oder seinem Projekt arbeitet, dann kann man mit konstanten 15-20 Min pro Tag immer mehr Leute anziehen und auch prima verwalten.
1a Support, beantwortet geduldig alle Fragen. Insgesamt volle 5 verdiente Sterne.

Diese App hatte mal eine gute UX. Bis entschieden wurde dass sie nun in Chatbot-Form kommen sollte.
Ich liebe Chatbots. Aber nicht fuer alles. Und nur wenn sie gut gemacht wurden. Dieser Bot bietet keine Orientierung und verlangt vom Nutzer dass er im wesentlichen auf Antworten des Bot wartet. Social Media Mgmt sollte nicht aus warten bestehen
