Key features include:
Retrieve reservation details, view your E-docs, prepare and save time boarding with mobile check-in, and access directions to the pier.
Organize vacation itineraries by pre-booking activities in advance and while onboard i.e. shore excursions, dinner reservations, entertainment, and make purchases including gifts (wine, flowers, and treats).
Call and message guests onboard through the app, including Group Chat*.
View ship itineraries, port information, and daily activities.
Review your folio for onboard purchases in the app.
Check Latitude Reward points and learn more about our CruiseNext program.
Review disembarkation information including immigration and easy walk-off details.

*Calling and Texting Package has a nominal one-time fee per person for making unlimited onboard calls and texts during your cruise.

Eigentlich super...

Die App ist übersichtlich und gut aufgebaut.
Man kann im Vorfeld schon einiges planen und organisieren. Ein Stern Abzug geht an die nur in englisch sprachige aufgebaute App. Verbessert mich gerne, wenn ich mich täusche und gibt Informationen wie man die Sprache ändert.

Nur in englisch

Warum steht in der Beschreibung, dass die App auch in Deutsch verfügbar ist? Ich habe nichts gefunden. 🤔

Einige nervige Funktionen

Where do I start?

1. I can't rate excursions because as soon as I have done them they are gone in the app.
2. the app is set to German but all the descriptions of the excursions are in English.
3. the app during the trip only works in the NCL wifi is also not too practical, because during shore excursions you sometimes want to look when you have reservations in the restaurant.
4. There are still some things that do not work in the app (unfortunately only on the website) such as paying tips etc.

So there is still some hard work needed to improve the app.
