Description
This simple customer database application is designed for small companies for easy and secure customer management on smartphones and tablets, separated from private contacts.
It is possible to sync your data with a (self-hosted) MySQL server to prevent loss or defect of your mobile device. This also allows to sync the data with multiple devices.
In addition to that, it has tools for the EU-GDPR and you can group customers, manage customers birthdays and vouchers, write newsletters, import customers from VCF files and export your data into VCF or CSV files. Additionally, this app adapts the Dark Mode and has the ability to save customer images.
The app shows the names of people saved in the customer database for incoming calls if you activate this in the iOS settings under "Phone" -> "Block and identify calls".
Because of its high flexibility, the application is also often used in non-enterprise areas, such as teachers' management of parent contact information.
Additional features that can be unlocked via in-app purchase:
-> Custom Fields: also drop down selection lists and sorting by these fields is supported.
-> "Input-Only-Mode": Optional activatable mode that allows only data entry. For example, the device can be handed to showroom visitors.
-> Calendar: Manage customer appointments. Customers can insert the appointment directly into their calendar using a QR code.
-> File Attachments: Attach up to 20 files to a customer.
-> Design Options: Allows you to set your own title bar color.

Sehr gut jedoch etwas Potential
Die App ist einfach und funktionell gestaltet und ist genau das was wir seit langem gesucht haben. Vielen Dank für deine tolle Arbeit Schorschi!😃 Ich habe direkt die noch benötigen Zusatzfunktionen wie eigene Felder, Kalender und Designanpassung gekauft und einen eigenen Sync auf meinem Server eingerichtet. Auch der Sync funktioniert gut.
Es fällt jedoch schnell auf was man sich sehr sehr wünschen würde. Der Kalender kann leider nur die Tagesansicht darstellen. Eine Wochenansicht würden wir uns sehr wünschen. Sehr gerne möchte man auch die gelegten und sichtbaren und optisch ansprechenden Termine „interaktiv“ mit dem Finger verschieben oder in der Länge anpassen… Dafür muss man den Termin aber zuerst öffnen. Automatische Synchronisierung nach jeder Aktion wäre grandios. Manuell kann das schnell mal vergessen werden 🤭. Sämtliche App-Einstellungen über die Datenbank am Server zu synchronisieren wäre grandios.
Diese Rezession soll in Leinster Weise Kritik darstellen. Die App tut was sie soll und das ohne kling-bim sehr sehr gut.

Endlich etwas brauchbares in diesem Sektor!!!
Gerne würde ich die genannten Features mittels InApp-Kauf nachrüsten.
Vielleicht kommen ja bald Updates 🙏

Kundendatenbank
Wir verwenden die Kundendatenbank schon seit geraumerZeit und es hat sich gezeigt, das sie ein sehr gutes Instrument zur Arbeit im Bereich Dienstleistung und Kundenbetreuung ist. Einfaches Handling, übersichtliche Darstellung umfangreiche Kommunikation bis hin zur Navigation zum Kunden bieten einen hohen Komfort. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen.
Tolle App!
Ich finde die App wirklich hilfreich und genau das, was ich gesucht habe.
Das einzige, was ich mir noch wünsche ist eine Wochenansicht des Kalenders :)
