What’s New
Version 10.0
Since 1/4/24 our electric mobility services are provided by Duferco Mobility S.r.l., a new Company 100% controlled by Duferco Energia SpA. With this update, you continue to use the App and the charging services as alwase: in your profile you will find your credit, your card details and your recharge history stored.

Ob es Absicht ist oder Zufall können wir nicht sagen aber sowohl die Karte als auch die App funktionierten nur sporadisch … in den ersten Jahren haben wir ein Guthaben hinterlegt das du noch nicht aufgebraucht ist. Nun wurde der Vertrag gekündigt das Guthaben in Höhe von fast 100 € ist aber „verschwunden“. Seither funktioniert die Karte überhaupt nicht mehr … auf E-Mails wird nur mit allgemeinen Hinweisen reagiert (sie müssen eine neue Zahlungsmethode hinterlegen) …So etwas kann man auch als Abzocke empfinden Kundenfreundlichkeit ist etwas anderes - Finger weg von diesem Anbieter
D-Mobility app
Sie ist völlig unbrauchbar und der E-Fahrer aufgeschmissen. Es ist nicht möglich, den Punkt zu erreichen, an dem man seine Kreditkartennummer eingibt. Mein Italienurlaub also ruiniert. Früher hat man eine wählbare Menge Strom gekauft, die Karte wurde entsprechend aktiviert und es war gut. Mit der App geht nun absolut nichts mehr. Es lebe die Elektromobilität!
