DB BahnPark App – App parking at the station! Pay your parking time at the station easily on your smartphone or tablet.
Take advantage of the free DB BahnPark App to:
- pay conveniently and without cash.
- be flexible and, if necessary, extend your parking time via the app.
- find a parking space at the station with the app.
The condition for using the DB BahnPark App is online registration at www.servipark.de (Link to http://www.servipark.com/de/shopping/Default.aspx).
There you will receive your access data and as an extra advantage the free P Card Shopping, with which you can pay for parking in many cities at Contipark and DB BahnPark; and thereby benefit from attractive special discounts.
Following a successful registration, you will automatically receive the free Servipark P Card Shopping by post. The previously specified card number entitles you to use the app.
With the DB BahnPark App, you can currently use app parking at the following car parks:
- Railway Station Berlin Südkreuz: West car park entrance (Link to http://www.dbbahnpark.de/content/fahrplanauskunft/bahnpark/pdf/8011113.pdf)
- Railway Station Berlin Südkreuz: East car park entrance (Link to http://www.dbbahnpark.de/content/fahrplanauskunft/bahnpark/pdf/8011113.pdf)

Hängt sich bei Eingabe der Zahlungsdaten auf...
Minuten später sind die Zahlungsdaten dann (ohne weiteres zutun) doch plötzlich erfolgreich hinterlegt und die App fertig eingerichtet. Vielleicht dauert das ja so lange, aber dann würde schon eine einfach Änderung im Einrichtungs-Flow für eine bessere User Experience sorgen (Bestätigung, dass die Anmeldung verarbeitet wird, so dass man keinen Fehler vermutet und von vorne beginnt).
Ansonsten prima App, nach der Registrierung funktioniert alles gut und praktisch.

Ausgezeichneter Service
Ich nutze die App oft wenn ich das Auto in Verbindung mit dem Zug nutze. Es ist sehr leicht zu bedienen und man kann eine Übersicht herunterladen.
Wenn es vorkam dass die Servicekräfte vor Ort einen Strafticket ausstellten, schickte ich einen Screenshot der Transaktion und der Support hat sich sofort gemeldet.

Tolles Tool zum bargeldlosen Parken
Sehr nette und übersichtlich gestaltete App von DB und Contipark.
Nach der etwas holprigen Einrichtung beim hinzufügen des Zahlungsmittels, funktioniert alles einwandfrei und der Zweck heiligt die Mittel - jeder weiß, wie nervig es ist, an einem Parkscheinautomaten zu stehen und keine Münzen im Aschenbecher zu finden...
