Sometimes, cooking or heading out to a restaurant just isn’t in the cards. Deliveroo makes those moments far more memorable by delivering meals from places that don’t normally do that. The quick, clean interface makes it super-easy to find nearby burgers, sushi—whatever’s calling your name—and then place an order. We particularly love how the real-time updates on the driver’s progress tell us exactly when you'll get to satisfy that appetite.
Absolut unseriös!
Zum wiederholten Mal ganz schlechte Erfahrung gemacht! Diesmal: Nachdem das Essen wieder viel später als angekündigt ankam, schwammen die Gerichte in der Plastiktüte. Also die verständliche Bitte um erneute Lieferung. Der Fahrer bestätigte, dass er sofort nochmal nachbestellt. Nachdem wir dann eine Weile nichts hörten erfuhren wir bei der Nachfrage im Chat, dass der Fahrer schon mit der neuen Lieferung unterwegs ist. Leider kam er nie an. Erneute Nachfrage beim Chat und die Aussage es gibt widersprüchliche Aussagen zwischen Fahrer und Restaurant. Bitte geduldige Dich. Dann nach erneuter Nachfrage, die Antwort, wir können nicht nochmal liefern, da kein offener Slot. Das ist unglaublich! Ich kann nur jedem abraten, bei Deliveroo zu bestellen. Das war jetzt die 3. negative Erfahrung! Und meine allerletzte dort. Wichtig ist für alle, die es trotzdem versuchen, niemals vorher irgendetwas bezahlen und schon gar kein Trinkgeld für den Fahrer im Vorfeld über die App zahlen!
Sushi Bestellung verschwunden…
Fahrer und Hotline geben an, sie konnten nicht zustellen und belasten mir 80 Euro. Fahrer hat Eingang nicht gefunden!? Fahrer hat zwar scheinbar Chat Nachrichten geschickt, habe ich scheinbar nicht gesehen, obwohl ich die Lieferung ständig getrackt habe. War bereits zu spät dran. Leider hat niemand angerufen. Über Hotline sowie Restaurant habe ich angeboten, die Lieferung selbst im Restaurant abzuholen, leider Fehlanzeige. Mittlerweile sind das Restaurant und ich überzeugt, der Fahrer hat die Lieferung unterschlagen. Leider keine Rückerstattung noch Kontrolle ob und warum der Fahrer nichts ins Restaurant zurück gebracht hat. Luftlinie Restaurant und mein Haus, 500 Meter. Da verliert/verspielt man sehr viel Vertrauen. Na Mahlzeit!
