Stimmt nicht alles.....
zu PSD2: D Button "....vertrauen Sie..".führt sofort dazu, dass auf einen Fehler hingewiesen wird und daraufhin nur noch die Option bleibt, das Login zu schließen, man wird förmlich dazu genötigt, zum Login mit der Photo Tan zurückzukehren.
Ausserdem ist die App nicht Ipad optimiert, sie lässt sich nur im Hochformat öffnen, Volksbank App z.B. funktioniert da besser!
Multibanking klappt auch nicht : die Umsatzabfrage zu eingerichteten Konten anderer Banken führt nicht zu aktuellen Kontoständen. In der Ipad- Starmoney Version werden erst gar nicht alle Umsätze aufgeführt, obwohl das Saldoergebnis richtig ist. Die drei Sterne habe ich gegeben,weil das Ganze auf dem IPhone besser daherkommt!

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Welchen Fehler bekommen Sie wenn Sie Gerät vertrauen auswählen ? Würden Sie uns bitte noch mitteilen, welches Gerät mit welchem iOS sie nutzen ? Eine optimierte iPad Variante finden Sie mit direktem Aufruf des OnlineBankings per Browser auf dem iPad.
Insgesamt gut durchdacht, aber mit Detailmängeln
Die App ist insgesamt gut durchdacht und designt, sehr übersichtliche Kontodarstellung und Einnahmen vs Ausgabenübersicht. Zwei Schwachpunkte sollten aber dringend verbessert werden: 1) Der darstellbare Zeitraum von 6 Monaten ist VIEL zu kurz. Um z.B. die Entwicklung der Finanzen gut beurteilen zu können und damit auch eine Hilfe bei der Steuererklärung zu haben, sollten min. 2 Jahre möglich sein. Mir ist schleierhaft, warum das auf 6 Monate begrenzt ist. 2) Die automatische Kategorisierung der Ein- und Ausgaben funktioniert ganz okay. Aber leider lernt sie nicht aus manuellen Korrekturen, völlig unverständlich. Ich würde erwarten, dass die App sich nach der letzen eingegebenen manuellen Korrektur des Benutzers richtet, letztlich kommen ja häufig jeden Monat die gleichen Buchungen. Aber das tut sie nicht!!!! Liebe Entwickler: bitte an diesen zwei Punkten arbeiten, die bestimmt vielen Nutzern auf die Nerven gehen.
