"Dev Keyboard" is specially designed for developers looking for shortcut access on their keyboard layout to the most common symbols used in coding. It is customizable, and has four different colors to choose from: white (default), gray, blue, and black (for anyone coding late at night).

"Dev Keyboard" is fitted with the same key dimensions as the Apple keyboard for a comfortable and more familiar user experience.

Bad

The most Icons are on the Keyboard, that’s true, but when you open the Keyboard you can’t see anything from the screen anymore. That’s bad…

In need of Improvement

A don’t feel bad for giving you my money because I think we need more dev stuff on iOS, BUT!: currently I can’t recommend this keyboard. Sorry, there are to many missing things here. As a developer I have a lot of apps for remote access and coding so the brackets alone just won’t do.

Here is what you have to include for 5 stars:
• ctrl, alt
• touch hold functionality if you hold the letter a more letters like à á ä appear. (Also useful for [ and ])
• german Layout. QWERTZ Settings
• ArrowKeys
• Programmable Makros.
• a better way to find [] – python uses them a lot. But python never uses {} maybe make a option to switch them or just make your complete own layout.
• Please don’t use the an emoji for your shift key ;) it looks un professional.

Also there is a bug while writing this review I can’t turn the keyboard to landscape.

I would be more than happy to change this rating to five stars some time.
