Usually good, terrible customer service
I actually liked all the products I got until now and the prices are pretty decent, too. Yet I have to say that the customer service isn’t great at all. One item I ordered was out of stock and they told me I should contact them to get a replacement or refund. Did that (chat, ticket AND mail), but didn’t get any responses at all. I don’t know what will happen to my order now.
