Sehr starker Leitgedanke, der sofort spürbar ist!
Man merkt sofort, dass sich hier wirklich Mühe gegeben wird im Kunden-Support, selbst bei einem selbstverschuldeten Problem wurde dennoch sofort kundenorientiert gehandelt.
Stellt für mich eine absolute Alternative ggü. den großen Konkurrenten und wird beim nächsten Kartenkauf präferiert. Auch günstiger, da keine Servicegebühr erhoben wird (was ich aber völlig i.O. fände wenn das Level an Kunden-Support erhalten bleibt. Findet man selten!)
Alles bestens
Trotz eines kaputten Handys und damit verbundenen Komplikationen beim Einlass wurde mir schnell und unkompliziert, sowohl im Vorfeld beim Support, als auch abends beim Event selbst, geholfen. Danke dafür! Dice hat sich somit für mich bewährt und ich würde den Service wieder nutzen.
