Endlich ohne Bugs und schöne neue Funktionen

Wir verwenden die App schon sehr lange und es klappt wunderbar, das 2 Minuten Zähne geputzt wird.
Leider gab es in der Vergangenheit mit jeder Version neue Fehler, die die Nutzung erschwert haben.
Die neue Version zeigt auch nach einigen Tagen kein Fehler und hat dazu noch viele neue Funktionen, wie das gemeinsame Putzen. - Volle 5 Sterne dafür.
Einen Abzug für schlechte Qualitätssicherung bisher.

Wir haben die Zahnbürste Geschenkt bekommen, es ist eine super Sache und können Sie weiter empfehlen! Dann haben wir uns die App direkt dazu geladen, sie ist einfach und verständlich- jedoch dachten wir wenn unsere Tochter das Puzzle/Bild was Sie in 2:00 Minuten so zusagen frei schrubben muss dem Kind eine bestimmte Richtung eingrenzt das dass Kind besser Zähne putzen lernt , wir bleiben immer dabei stehen und schauen bzw kontrollieren. Da müsste es unserer Meinung nach verbessert werden. Sonst top - sie freut sich immer wenn ein neuer Sticker dazu kommt.

Eigentlich gut,aber...

Die App an sich finde ich gut, die Kinder putzen sehr gerne damit. Es sind auch ein paar Charaktere frei, so dass man auch ohne Käufe gut putzen kann. Nun mein aber: Meine Tochter wollte als begeisterter Eisköniginnen Fan die Elsa aus Teil 2 freigeschaltet bekommen. Wir haben sie gekauft und mussten dann sehr enttäuscht feststellen, dass es gerade mal 22 Sticker als Belohnung gibt. Und da wir jetzt nach 1 1/2 Wochen schon komplett durch sind im Album müssten wir schon wieder einen neuen Charakter kostenpflichtig freischalten. Zudem war gerade mal auf 3 Stickern auch tatsächlich Elsa zu sehen. Das finde ich persönlich für 1,09€ eine Frechheit. Leider finde ich auch keinen Support an den ich mich wenden könnte um mich zu beschweren.
