The APP&GO feature guides you through the entire refuelling process: from selecting the nearest APP&GO station to authorising payment - the DKV Mobility App remains available to help you save valuable time in your daily routine.

The new update of the DKV Mobility App not only gives you access to over 66,000 fuel stations, but to also more than 200,000 public charging points in our network. It's easy and is just one click away. Another unique feature is the intelligent route planning, where the DKV Mobility App automatically calculates the best route with optimal charging stops for long distances.

Actively managing time windows in which the DKV CARD can be used?
The activation mode "on demand" offers the possibility to activate cards only for the period in which they are used for a transaction. During the rest of the time, the card is inactive, and transactions will be declined. Simply start the 60-minute time window during which fuel can be purchased. After the time has expired, the card is automatically deactivated again.
What other benefits does the DKV Mobility App offer?
If you need immediate assistance, for example in the event of a breakdown or the loss of your card, the app offers direct dialing to connect you to the helpline.

Nicht schlecht, muss aber noch wachsen
Ich benutze die App täglich und finde sie übersichtlich. Auch die Funktion der Routenplanung ist sehr nützlich. Leider gibt es noch ein paar Funktionen, die ich vermisse. Der Preis einer Ladung wird nicht angezeigt. Ich fänd es schön, wenn man das schon sehen kann evtl. sogar im monatlichen Vergleich. Andere Apps können anzeigen, wie lange schon eine Ladestelle besetzt ist, dass ist besonders sinnvoll, weil man abschätzen kann wie lange sie evtl. besetzt bleibt. Ich würde auch gerne aus der App die Ladestation starten können, aber leider muss ich immer die Karte benutzen. Warum zeigt die App keine Warnung/automatische Erinnerung bzgl. Blockierungsgebühren? Es gibt noch Verbesserungspotential… dann auch 5 Sterne.
Taschenlampe für QR-Scanner
Mehrere Wünsche habe ich. Nach Priorität:
1. Eine Taschenlampenfunktion für den QR-Scanner. Ansonsten stehe ich im Dunkeln da und muss den fast nicht lesbaren Code finden.
2. Der Identifikationsvorgang ist zu schnell beendet. Danach lässt sich der Vorgang nicht zuverlässig neu starten. Gerade im Herbst bei Regen will ich mich nach dem Einstecken ins Auto setzen und den Ladevorgang starten. Fraglich, ob der Identifikationsvorgang überhaupt nötig ist.
3. Aktuellere Daten. Häufig genug wird eine Säule als belegt angezeigt, obwohl die frei ist. Mir ist bewusst, dass das nicht unbedingt an der App liegt.
4. Tankstellen sind für mich gar nicht mehr interessant. Ich wünsche mir, dass ich die ausblenden kann.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback! Vor kurzem haben wir eine neue Version gelauncht, mit der auch das Scannen der QR codes möglich ist. Der QR Code Scanner ist nur bei Ladestationen verfügbar, deren Code Type wir unterstützen, so z.B. Ionity und noch einige andere. Leider gibt es bisher keinen allgemeinen Standard der QR codes dem sich alle Chargepoint Operator angeschlossen haben. Zudem müssen Sie tatsächlich vor der Station stehen damit der Button "QR code scannen" sichtbar wird. Sie können den QR code Scanner (falls verfügbar) im Stationsdetail sehen, dort wo auch die Liste der Ladepunkte zu finden ist. Ihr DKV Apps Team
