Donut County is a story-based physics puzzle game where you play as an ever-growing hole in the ground. Meet cute characters, steal their trash, and throw them in a hole.
WHERE TRASH IS TREASURE
Raccoons have taken over Donut County with remote-controlled trash-stealing holes. You play as BK, a hole-driving raccoon who swallows up his friends and their homes to earn idiotic prizes.
When BK falls into one of his own holes, he’s confronted by his best friend Mira and the residents of Donut County, who are all stuck 999 feet underground… and they demand answers!
THE HOLE KEEPS GROWING
• EXPLORE every character’s home, each with their own unique environment.
• MOVE the hole to swallow up their stuff, growing bigger each time.
• COMBINE objects inside for crazy effects: cook soup, breed bunnies, launch fireworks, and more.
• CATAPULT things back out of the hole. You can use it to solve puzzles...or just destroy stuff.
• DEVOUR everything. The hole won’t stop until the whole county is all gone.
Donut County was created by Ben Esposito, designer on What Remains of Edith Finch and The Unfinished Swan. It is the result of six years of solo development, dozens of donuts (for research), and one fateful encounter with a raccoon.

Das Geld nicht wert
Das Spiel sieht toll aus und ist wirklich witzig. Die Story ist zwar nicht kompliziert aber trotzdem unterhaltsam. Mir gefiel das Spiel wirklich gut deswegen tut es mir wirklich sehr leid es nicht mit 5 Sternen bewerten zu können. Der Grund dafür ist dass das Spiel viel zu kurz ist und auf Dauer einfach langweilig. Das wäre zwar unschön doch nicht wirklich schlimm und hätte deswegen auch 4 Sterne verdient aber fast 6 EURO ist es nicht wert 1 bis 2 Euro OK aber 6!
Scheinbar sehr missverstanden
Ein mit viel Liebe gemachtes, storylastiges Gelegenheitsspiel. Wer hier ein anspruchsvolles Strategiespiel erwartet hat, wird wahrscheinlich enttäuscht sein, denn der Schwierigkeitsgrad entspricht eher Malen nach Zahlen. Der Fokus liegt ganz klar auf der humorvollen Geschichte und der mutwilligen Verwüstung von Immobilien und Grundstücken. Unbedingt auch in die Trashopedia reinschauen, um die Welt mal mit den Augen eines Waschbären zu sehen. Spiel und Story hat man nach etwa zwei Stunden durch, wonach es dann aber auch genug ist.
Abseits des Mainstream
Wer auf witzige Stories und gute Charaktere steht, und bereit ist sich auf ein Spiel abseits der „Grind-to-Level-up-Spirale“ ein zu lassen bekommt ein liebevoll Durchdachtes spiel mit jeder Menge Humor und Liebe zum detail.
Mit eineinhalb Stunden Spielzeit bei 5€ halb so billig wie jeder Kino Besuch.
Wer für spiele kein Geld ausgeben will und sich auf neues nur schlecht einlassen kann spielt weiter clash Royal.
