Description
Downwell is a curious game about a young boy venturing down a well in search of untold treasures with only his Gunboots to protect him. Make your way further and further down into the darkness filled with nasty creatures and mysterious secrets to collect the spectacular red gems scattered about the rocks. Step into precariously placed shops and buy some helpful items or level up between levels to battle well-dwelling monsters and uncover hidden caves filled with riches and relics. No two trips down the well are ever the same!
Simple, Responsive Controls - Designed for mobile from the ground up, Downwell is presented with intuitive and elegant controls that allow for action-packed gameplay using just three buttons.
The Amazing Gunboots - The fashionable and lethal Gunboots allow players to unleash a torrent of firepower on the nasty creatures dwelling in the well and slow your decent with each shot.
Unique Weapons & Items - Get different weapons, shop for peculiar items and obtain powerful upgrades that all stack and affect the way you play!
A New Adventure Every Time - Each level in Downwell is procedurally generated, so no two trips down the well are ever the same providing a fresh new adventure each time!

Editors’ Notes
A well is usually one of the last things we’d want to fall into, but this retro-style shooter has us jumping in again and again. It’s a rush descending from rock to rock, blasting creepy creatures with your gunboots while nabbing crimson gems. Roguelike difficulty means you’re in for a challenge, but superb controls and nifty upgrades (including a jetpack, a drone and laser sights) give you all the help you’ll need. And with randomly generated levels, each journey feels as fresh and exciting as the last.
Der perfekte Zeitkiller
Im schicken Retro-Stil kommt Downwell daher. Die Grafik ist erinnert an alte Klassiker der Gameboy-Zeit (es gibt sogar ein GB Theme) und das Gameplay ist schnell wie in einem Arcade-Spiel.
Das Spiel hat ein sehr hohes Tempo, ist aber auch langsamer spielbar. Geschick sowie Reaktion wird gleichermaßen gefordert.
Ist das Geld echt wert, da der Entwickler sich bei diesem Titel echt Mühe gegeben hat, es ist perfekt für zwischendurch und danach noch eine Runde...
Genau was ich gesucht habe!
Kurze Erklärung : Geiles Spiel , Random generierte Level, jeder Versuch ist ein anderer, Spiel mit Langzeitmotivation.
Lange Erklärung:
Ich habe nach einem Spiel gesucht womit ich meine 40 Minuten Buszeit überwinde.
Nebenbei ich habe nach etwas ähnliches wie ein Rouge lite gesucht.
Folgende Kriterien wollte ich haben: Langzeitmotivation Motivation, Random generierte Level.
Naja als ich es gespielt habe war dies alles vorhanden doch der Entwickler hat da nochmal eine Schippe draufgepackt.
Eigentlich höre ich keine Musik von Spielen bei Busfahrten aber bei dieser Musik würde ich meine eigene Musik ausschalten und der vom Spiel lauschen.
Außerdem gibt es viele PowerUps. Es gibt Spielstile freizuschalten was einen noch länger dranhält.
Das gute ist man kann das Spiel schnell spielen und schnell nach unten kommen oder langsam und dabei jeden Gegner töten was mir persönlich gefällt das ich entscheide ob die Runde jetzt 5 oder 10 Minuten dauert.
Irgendwann habe ich auch angefangen es Zuhause zu spielen. Bluetooth boxen angemacht extra für die Musik
Also das Spiel ist auf jeden Fall die 3,49 wert wobei ich eigentlich kein Geld für spiele ausgebe.
