Tolle Carsharing Alternative
Drivy ist nicht so wie klassische Carsharing Anbieter, sondern bietet private und gewerbliche Autos für Roundtrips an. In Berlin können Autos durch Drivy Open mit dem Smartphone geliehen werden, das vereinfacht den ganzen Prozess enorm. Habe jetzt schon 7 Anmietungen gehabt und nie größere Schwierigkeiten, wenn es mal was gibt ist der Kundenservice gut zu erreichen. Auch das Angebot in Berlin stimmt inzwischen, es gibt vom viele verschiedene Fahrzeuge zu guten Preisen. Das neue Update gefällt mir richtig gut. Alleine die Tatsache, dass nicht alles in der App selbst erledigt werden kann stört mich ein bisschen.
Fazit: Für alle die ein Auto für ein paar Stunden oder Tage brauchen ist Drivy eine tolle und vor allem unkomplizierte Möglichkeit des Carsharings.
2 Jahre / 3 Autos/ über 190 Mieterfahrungen
Ich habe jetzt das dritte Auto angemeldet, nachdem ich alle möglichen Erfahrungen mit den Unterschiedlichsten Menschen hier gesammelt hab. Mal kam das Auto sauberer zurück als es vorher je war, mal ein Strafzettel später, mal nen Kratzer - alles hat (damals) drivy für mich übernommen. Nach einer Totalschadenrückgabe habe ich wirklich alles zurückbekommen, sogar den Einbau und Ersatz einer neuen Connectbox ins neue Auto. ... Steuern und Versicherung hatte ich somit auch raus. 1000 Dank an das Team
Idee gut - System unterirdisch
Seit alles elektronisch funktioniert... Super - wenn alles glatt läuft und man guten Empfang, mindestens LTE hat und man nicht z.B. unter nassen Bäumen steht. Bei meiner letzten Anmietung habe ich echt 30 Minuten und 2 Telefonate mit der Hotline (mit langen Wartezeiten und nervigen Ansagen) gebraucht, habe das Auto nochmal versetzt, bis es schließlich fern-abgeschlossen wurde. Trotzdem wurde es als noch vermietet im System angezeigt und der Autobesitzer konnte es nicht neu vermieten. (Wir haben das untereinander per Telefon geregelt; ich musste es - von daheim im WLAN - noch mal „abschließen“.)
Und das mit den 8 Fotos bei der Rückgabe. - Geht‘s noch? - Zum einen kriegt man in einer engen Parksituation gar keine Fotos aus den vorgeschriebenen Perspektiven hin. Zum anderen sind die Lichtverhältnisse nicht unbedingt so, dass was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Drittens soll es vorkommen, dass der Akku schwach ist - und dann? Und zum Hochladen braucht man Datenvolumen.
Bei anderen CarSharern geht es doch auch - viel schneller und einfacher.
