My account lost all my invested money is gone!

I just started the game and usually I cash some money for good games to support the producers. But I tried connect my account with my Apple ID and it got lost… my money is gone my ingame data is gone everything… that is a little bit sad. You should make that better!

I just downloaded the app and when I first launched it it says banned and I doesn’t go away
