Funktioniert meistens
Funktioniert meistens problemlos, zumindest von Seiten des Anbieters. Leider gibt es immer wieder Ladesäulen, welche vermutlich eine schlechte Datenverbindung haben mit dem Ergebnis, dass das Laden entweder zum Geduldsspiel wird oder unmöglich ist, da eine Alternative Aktivierungsmöglichkeit per RFID fehlt. Man sollte derzeit immer einen RFID Chip oder eine Alternative Ladekarte dabei haben, da man sonst im Fall der Fälle aufgeschmissen ist.
Hatte dieses Problem in den letzten 8 Wochen in verschiedenen Städten/ Orten leider häufiger. Wobei ich noch einmal betonen möchte das Problem liegt zu 99% bei den Ladesäulenbetreibern. Der Kundenservice ist nett, freundlich und bemüht, jedoch ab ca 21 Uhr sollte man nicht mehr auf eine Antwort hoffen.
Insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
Ich fahre mit meinem i3 meistens kürzere Strecken und kann zu 90% günstig zuhause laden. Auf längeren Strecken (Urlaub) muss ich meistens einmal an der Autobahn zwischenladen - und da ist Elvah eine super Lösung. Viele Ladekarten-Anbieter haben 2023 die Preise ziemlich hochgezogen. Mit Elvah zahle ich 5 Euro für 10 kWh im Monat und kann das Guthaben sammeln. Der Vorteil ist dann, dass ich dann auch an den sonst teuren Ionity oder Fastned-Ladeparks halten kann, ohne die mittlerweile horrenden Standardpreise zahlen zu müssen (solange das Guthaben ausreicht). Darüber hinaus sind die Preise dann auf erträglichem, konkurrenzfähigem Niveau gedeckelt. Für meinen Bedarf ist das eine sehr gute Lösung und seit diesem Jahr meine erste Wahl für externes Laden.
Elektromobilität auf einem neuen Level
Ich nutze die App jetzt schon seit vier Monaten mit meinem Tesla Model 3 Performance. Seitdem ich diese App hab, stehe ich kaum an super Charger an, sondern lade an den entsprechenden Lade Säulen. Die super Charger sind sogar auch mit inbegriffen und man bekommt das Geld zurück. Ich habe jetzt gestern das erstes Mal den Rückerstattungsprozess durchlaufen und war begeistert. Mit der neusten Version sieht man nun endlich auch die Schnelllader auf einem Blick auf der Strecke.
