Horrible
To many permanent chsnges in the app!!! A human being should not get sooo many times faced with so many MARKTING TRICKs of Etisalat! There are more important things in life than to find again the bottom to pay. The app is too sophistcated and too commetcialized, should be simpler and easier to manage to consumer. I dont like it AT ALL!

Get out! Super inconvenient.
This is the most inconvenient app I have ever experienced.
I just wanted to update my existing package to get more GB DATA for the time being here.
I could not simple manage to do this.
I charged the account then it says the addon package is active but it does not work.
Tooany different options to choose from.
The WhatsApp Chat Support is horrible.
Just make it simple guys...
Take an example to the Careem App. That one is simple to accomplish what the customer wants.
