Sehr gut!

Übungen sind einfach und super mit Filmen gezeigt, sehr gut für zu Hause. 3 min täglich oder auch 30 min, das ist einem selbst überlassen. Übungen sind für Neulinge oder auch Fortgeschrittene ausgelegt. Ich finde die App einfach klasse, da ich nicht gerne außer Haus ins Fitnessstudio gehe, also genau richtig.

Great application, very motivating but it would be better if you become more familiar with the exercices before practicing them in your workout, sth. Like Tutorial in which each exercice is explained
