Get‘s the job done, but bad user experience

You can book many bus tickets over easybook and whenever you booked something, you will get on a bus.
But getting there can be frustrating: The app often requires you to update to be usable, the usual ride times are not displayed in the app (expected times would be ideal), it is not clear if you still need to go to a counter, bookings are now harder to find because of an unnecessary filter, you cannot turn off advertisement push messages (I got into contact with them for that and I still get messages) and it doesn‘t save your payment information.
So there is much room of improvement until I can enjoy using the app.
