Description
ebuero is a call answering service for small and medium companies. We take your calls 24/7, 365 days a year. Via the ebuero app you can set up how your secretary should handle your calls on the go. Leave directions quickly, schedule call instructions on your agenda or adjust your availability even on short notice.
The ebuero app allows you to:
• Send instructions to your secretary in real time.
• Receive call notes immediately on your phone and organise them on the Call History.
• Adjust easily your availability and your excuse.
• Create a VIP contact list to receive only the important calls.
• Save caller data directly in the address book of your telephone.
• Simply forward calls that you can't answer personally to your secretary.

App zeigt keine neuen Anrufe an!
Leider musste ich schon mehrfach die App (iPhone) löschen und neu installieren, damit neue Anrufe in der Historie wieder angezeigt werden. Das kann nicht die Lösung sein, bitte Fehler beheben!
Sonst bin ich mit der App und dem Telefonservice aber sehr zufrieden.
Funktioniert tadellos
Kann die negativen Kommentare nicht verstehen. Nutze die App jeden Tag und sie funktioniert problemlos. Man sollte natürlich sein iOS und auch die App updaten, dann gibt es weder Probleme bei der Anmeldung, noch das keine Nachrichten ankommen. Bin sehr zurfrieden.
guter Service kostet Geld
ebuero mag nicht zu den günstigsten Anbietern gehören aber ich ärgere mich lieber nicht, bzw. meine Kunden ärgern sich nicht.
Die App ist gut aufgestellt und leicht zu bedienen.
