Description
The eConfig App enables quick and easy commissioning of the eBox smart, professional and touch. The app guides the installer intuitively through the commissioning, while suggesting customer-specific parametrizations. With this smart app the installer will be able to complete the final steps of commissioning. From setting the phases and currents, all the way to connecting the charging box with the internet intelligently and quickly, the app will help in securing customer satisfaction.
Commissioning of an intelligent charging box has never been as easy as it is with the eConfig app. In order to connect with app and eBox securely, the installer simply has to connect with the bluetooth interface of the eBox.

App erkennt Verbindung eBox zum iPhone nicht
Ich habe keine Möglichkeit meine eBox über diese App zu steuern. Mein iPhone und die eBox habe ich wie in der App beschrieben über Bluetooth verbunden, aber die App zeigt nach wie vor, dass ich beide verbinden soll.
Vor lauter Verzweiflung habe ich mit der vorherigen App meine Box auf Werkseinstellung zurückgesetzt, was keine gute Idee war, jetzt läd mein Auto nur noch mit 3 KW. Richtig schlecht. Über den Support erhalte ich auch keine Rückmeldung… selbst der eine Stern ist hier zu viel!!!
Absolut Unbrauchbar
Handy und Wallbox verbunden. Leider komme ich nicht weiter beim Anmeldebildschirm. Auch nach erfolgreicher Konfiguration passiert hier rein garnichts. Wallbox neu gestartet und zurückgesetzt. Einfach alles ausprobiert. Der Stern ist auch noch für die Bewertung zu viel!!
Funktioniert nicht.
Verbindung zur Box hergestellt, komme aber nicht über den Anmeldeschirm hinaus (‚Bluetooth Verbindung herstellen‘ - obwohl die ja schon längst besteht).
App ist so nicht verwendbar. Und mein E-Auto nicht ladbar.
