Great sleep tracker and service
I have it now for over a year. The great advantage is, that you don’t have to wear anything or even have to think about it. That’s great and in the morning you have your stats. I had a problem with a sensor and the service replaced it. Wonderful service, thank you!

Works in general, but VERY buggy and not reliable
I am using an eightsleep topper since mod 2022. In general, the product works and the concept is great. I would definitely recommend to take a look.
However, their software and app is very buggy. It happened already multiple times that a set alarm would not work, which is more than annoying. It is mandatory to set a 2nd alarm via eg your mobile. This also impacts the waking up procedure in a negative way.
Also, sometimes the app has issues deactivating the alarm, which is annoying, especially when it happens on a weekend and one might want to enjoy a few more minutes in bed - which will keep vibrating. Sort of funny, but basically a bad software design.
Unfortunately, they keep investing more in fancy new app design but have MAJOR bugs in their software. Whoever signs off on their roadmap should probably be fired. And shift resources from UX and frontend to app, backend, quality assurance and architecture. Maybe fire some folks, not being able to have an alarm function work for a 2-3k USD sleep tool is absolutely embarrassing.
Please fix this assp!!!!!
