Poor service

Being a resident in Springs 7, we booked a plumber through the app and paid AED 400 upfront.
A water pipe burst, and it was urgent. The plumber arrived on time, took a picture and left. He never returned, we never heard from him again when I asked Emaar to refund the money I was told this could not be done because he did work on a quote which was time-consuming. Since I had water running down my wall, I had to call an emergency service. Still waiting for the 400 to be refunded.
So while it might be a good app for other things, rather book directly if you need any maintenance work.
Also, the visitors management only works half of the time.

Worst service

I booked a cleaning service through this app which never showed up. Emaar was not helpful in solving that issue, poor communication, worst service ever.

Glitches and glitches

Terrible app, poorly structured and no use with out glitch. Unfortunately hooked with Emaar… tech team really needs to up their game.
