Where did the fingerprint ID go?
Good app, easy to use but where did the fingerprint ID go?
Options for Update
I am on vacation thousands of miles away from UAE and the Internet connection here is damned slow. I need to make an urgent online transaction. However, the Emirates NBD App is forcing me to first download the update to be installed which takes almost an hour to wait.
My suggestion for improvement and satisfaction of your clients is to to provide some options before forcing the user to update the App. Ask the user if he/she wants to update now or later in a convenient time. This way, you will not force the user particularly when he/she has slow internet connection and no time to download your update! Thank you!
Emirates ID cannot be scanned
It is not possible to scan my Emirates ID for the registration. I think the reason for this is that my ID is in the new format and the app does not recognize it.
