The epMotion®96 semi-automated pipetting systems (including device, accessories, consumables and software) are intended to be used in laboratories for research, development, industrial and routine work and training and education. Applications include but are not limited to the fields of life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, clinical research. The epMotion®96 semi-automated pipetting systems are designed to conduct and monitor the contamination-free, precise and correct measuring and transferring of liquids. The epMotion®96 semi-automated pipetting system is working in the volume range from 0,5 µL to 300 µL, and the epMotion®96xl from 5 µL to 1000 µL. All epMotion®96 semi-automated pipetting system variants meet the relevant fundamental requirements of the EC directives and standards listed in the declaration of conformity. But the products are for research use only and not cleared with the FDA. The epMotion®96 semi-automated pipetting systems are intended exclusively for indoor operation and must only be used by skilled personnel with the appropriate training.

• iPhone® (6th gen. and higher), and iPad® (2nd gen. and higher) can be used to control the instrument (however, mount on front of epMotion®96 fits for iPod® touch only). • Two useful pipette modes added: - Prewetting (for higher accuracy when using very small volumes or nontypical liquids) - Sequential Dispense (for fast and easy execution of dilution series) • Enhanced pop-up messaging for improved user guidance • Improved and extended simulation mode, allowing for storing and transferring programs when connecting the control device to the instrument • Reorganized settings menu for easy customizing of pipetting and control parameters • Optimized RunProgram mode, now allowing to insert text.
