Mit der App EVAluate können Sie einfache und schnelle Meinungsumfragen erstellen und auswerten. Fragen Sie Ihre Kunden, Mitarbeiter und Geschäftspartner nach Ihrer Meinung und werten Sie diese im Zeitverlauf aus.
Eine Umfrage führen Sie durch, indem Sie Ihrer Zielgruppe ein iPhone oder ein iPad reichen und die Teilnehmer durch Auswahl eines Smileys abstimmen lassen. Die Umfrage können Sie mit einer Vielzahl an Optionen individuell gestalten.
Alternativ zur Kunden-Zufriedenheit mit Hilfe von Smileys können Sie auch nach der Kunden-Verweildauer (Zeitspanne) in Ihrem Hause fragen.
Für beide Optionen, Zufriedenheit oder Verweildauer, haben Sie z.B. folgende individuellen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten: Sie können die Anzahl der Smileys oder Zeitspannen-Icons ändern, die Anordnung der Icons nach einer Abstimmung ändern und nicht zuletzt können Sie sich von EVAluate eine Statistik über die Antworten Ihrer Kunden erstellen lassen und exportieren.
