Exoplanets are planets orbiting stars beyond our own solar system. This app allows you to explore all discovered exoplanets, their measured physical properties, their location in the night sky, and their host stars. An interactive model shows you the entire observable universe, all the way from the surface of the Earth to the cosmic microwave background. This app has been developed by a professional astronomer.

Die Pocket-Milchstraße
Die App ist ein absolutes Must-have für all diejenigen die das Weltall fasziniert. Wer Sternbilder, Nachbarsterne oder einfach die gesamte Galaxie in 3D betrachten möchte kann sich hiermit schon mal die Zeit vertreiben. Als Addon kann man auch die Intergalaktische Nachbarschaft mit Bildchen der Galaxien in 3D von allen Blickwinkeln erkunden. Und natürlich (der eigentliche Zweck der App ) gibt’s die aktuell bekannten Exoplaneten in der 3D-Karte mit Zusatzinformationen. Es ist erstaunlich wie viele Planeten inzwischen gefunden worden sind ( nutze die App seit 2014 etwa).
Umfangreich und übersichtlich
Ein wirklich tolles Programm, welches alle wichtigen Daten beinhaltet. 👍🏻
Diese App sollte jeder benutzt haben
Als ich die App das erste Mal verwendet habe, wusste ich noch nicht, dass es bereits schon einiges an wissenswerten Fakten über unsere Galaxie in dieser App zu finden gibt. Nach kurzer Einarbeitungszeit kann sich jeder zu Teilen durch die Milchstraße klicken und in Sekunden zu anderen Planeten fliegen und erstaunliches über diese lesen. Eine sehr gut gemachte App, besonders mit den eingezeichneten Flügen der Voyager-Missionen und noch einigen mehr.
