Fantastic app!

Love the app and it’s got a really lovely collection of meditations and courses. Sadly I can only attend very few of the live streams due to the time difference - really wish they were recorded in some way so that I could make use of those amazing resources because I feel a bit shortchanged that I’m missing out on all that content. Update: they now have replays of the lives and I’m honestly so so pleased with that. Super well done! And a big thank you

Perfect for more relaxation during motherhood

This meditation app is my anchor. Not only for pregnancy or postpartum but especially now that I am mother of two little girls (3 years and 8 months).
During this phase of life I really have a moment only for me. Whenever I can I sit or lay down and take my time for a quick meditation. It always helps! I warmly recommend (and hope I’ll manage to do these meditations more often in my daily life as a mother).

Best Meditation App

I am utterly bewildered as to how low the ratings are for this app. I've tried them all: Insight timer, Calm, Heads pace, Synctuition, and so on - none measure up to the symplicity and high-quality of this app. Recommended for all mom's (and parents/parents-to-be). Having such focused topics really makes you feel like the meditation was made just for you, and that feeling is amazing in such specific circumstances.
