Ausbaufähig
Lobenswerter Ansatz aber etwas holperig umgesetzt. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, eine Integration der App Scorecard und damit bereits vorliegender Daten existiert nicht. Auch zwischen den Funktionsbereichen Logbuch und Bewertung ist die Integration unbefriedigend. Die regelmäßige eingeblendete Werbung für die eigene GPS App animiert eher zum Anbieterwechsel.
Einfache Handhabung, tut, was die Anwendung verspricht
Ich nutze das Programm seit vielen Jahren. Die zuverlässige Berechnung des score und die Möglichkeit der Archivierung überzeugen mich immer wieder. In diesem Jahr hatte ich irgendwie Probleme mit der Freischaltung nach dem Kauf, auf meine Mail wurde sofort reagiert und eine halbe Stunde später funktionierte alles - prima Service.
Super Support
Ich nutze die App seit Jahren und bin sehr angetan, es gibt meines Erachtens auch keine vergleichbare App.
In den letzen Tagen hatte ich - am Ende durch mich selber verursachte Probleme. Aber den Service, den ich durch Expert Golf erfahren habe, war ohne gleichen. Da könnten sich bekanntere Entwickler und App Betreiber eine dicke Scheibe von abschneiden.
Bei dem Support bin ich zukünftig sehr gern bereit, eine Jahresgebühr zu zahlen.
