Tolle und einfache Übungen

Zu viele Stunden am PC? Dann soll diese App helfen und bisher geht der Plan auf.
Ich wünsche mir: Zeit auf 30 Sekunden einstellbar für Übungen und die Etinnerungsfunktion einer Start und Endzeit zuweisen, sowie den Intervall.
