Voting is conducted by Artist Ranking and Individual Ranking.
There are different benefits for the 1st place Idols in each category.
2) Fun Points Collection for Voting
Free Points can be collected through Attendance Checks, View Articles, Watch Advertisement, Share, etc.
3) There are channels for each star so users can share the stars’ information as much as wanted.
4) You can build up your idols through birthday events, debut anniversary events, etc.
5) Connection between you and your idol can be created by Customized contents
(i.e., Who is my perfect match groom? Who is my perfect match bride?
6) Different benefits are available where users can enjoy cultural life such as movies, acts, reading events, etc.
7) Real Time notification for my idol’s ranking movement, event notification, and star customized contents’ availability.

Couldn’t vote
Firstly everything in the app was Korean so it was hard to understand where I put it on English. Secondly every time I closed the app and opened it again it was Korean and not English so I had to set it to English every time. Thirdly I wanted to vote for Stray kids and tried to log in with my google account which didn’t work out. It made me fill something in which I didn’t do cause it was in Korean again so overall the app is very laggy and I couldn’t do what I downloaded the all for (Voting)
Difficult to use, slow, hard to change to English (it changed back to Korean every time I used it)
Tries to influence fans/voters by leaving out a member of a group on purpose. Do they really think they’re important enough to influence the music industry? I deleted my account.
Login failed
TRYING ABOUT WEEKS TO CONTACTS FANNSTAR. my KakaoTalk and other mail addresses are blocked for spam. I can’t reactivate my FANNSTAR acc. I use only one about years. support your artist isn’t possible. very sad. Fair Play for different artists wasn’t an option. very sad. earlier was better. now it’s a mess and nobody cares. sadly one star
