Hmmm...
Eigentlich übersichtlich. Leider ist das Tracking in der App weniger genau - Updates auf den Status erfolgen scheinbar gar nicht. Sendung soll laut App morgen zugestellt werden - das die Sendung heute ins Fahrzeug zur Zustellung geladen wurde, könnte aber doch Einfluss auf diesen Status haben. Leider kann ich auch nicht entnehmen, ob und in welche Filiale die Sendung geschickt wurde - somit ist abpassen auf dem Heimweg nicht möglich...
Paket mit gefälschter Unterschrift vor der Tür abgelegt
Ich habe eine Kamera (~2400€) aus Japan bestellt. Nachdem ich die Versandbenachrichtigung für einen Donnerstag erhalten habe, nutzte ich die Funktion am Wunschtag (=Freitag) zuzustellen da ich an diesem Tag nicht zuhause war. Diesem Wunsch wurde nicht entsprochen, das Paket wurde scheinbar zugestellt da mich Nachbar auf das Paket vor meiner Tür angesprochen haben und ob ich es bekommen hätte. Dem war leider nicht so, als ich nach Hause kam war kein Paket vorzufinden. Scheinbar geklaut. Die Frechheit das der Lieferant das Paket vor meiner Tür abstellt und als Notwendige Unterschrift einfach meinen Namen (aber falsch geschrieben!) einträgt wird nur davon getoppt das ich jetzt seit zwei Wochen versuche mein Geld zurückzubekommen. Heute der 5. Anruf in der Hotline, jedes Mal "wir kümmern uns darum und melden uns bei ihnen" aber nichts passiert!
Wie soll man so ein Unternehmen professionell nennen? Das ist einfach nur kriminell!
Leider unzumutbar
Die App liefert leider die exakt gleichen unbrauchbaren und unzumutbare Informationen wie die Internetseite. Schon seit geraumer Zeit wird täglich angezeigt, dass die Sendung noch am selben Tag bis 18:00 Uhr angeliefert werden soll. Nach verstreichen dieser Zeit heißt es, die Sendung wird bis Ende des Tages zugestellt. Eine Zustellung erfolgt jedoch nicht, stattdessen heißt es am nächsten Tag wieder genau das selbe. Wenn ich fast 80 € für einen Express Versand bezahle und nach zwei Wochen dem Paket immer noch hinterher rennen muss und es nicht erhalte, dann ist das einfach unzumutbar. Auch am Telefon wird man leider immer nur vertröstet und angelogen. Da kann man leider nur wieder mal einmal mehr sehen, dass nicht alles, was teuer ist, auch gut sein muss. In meinen Augen ist FedEx sogar noch viel schlechter als Hermes, GLS und Co.
