Sehr gut

Also ich mach das seit 6 Tage die Übungen . Und wo ich erste Tag gemacht habe , hatte ich nächste Tag Bauchmuskel Kater , weil ich mach das einmal morgens 1h nach Frühstück und dann noch abends und die Übungen gehen 5 Minuten . Also ich bin echt zufrieden damit :) was mich stört , nach der Übungen steht wie viel Kalorien du verbrannt hast , und das stimmt natürlich nicht die Kalorien Zahl , ich würde mich freuen wenn da die wirkliche Kalorien Verbrauch steht :) aber sonst bin ich zu Frieden ! :)

Ich habe schon viele Trainings ausprobiert und muss sagen ich bin sehr begeistert von diesem hier! Schon nach wenigen Tagen sieht man sehr gute Ergebnisse. Was ich toll finde ist dass man sich zu dem Tagestraining noch ein persönliches Training zusammenstellen kann.

Tipp:
Macht 2-3 Trainings an einem Tag umso schneller bekommt ihr gute Bauchmuskeln.

Klasse App für neu Einsteiger, Sport Muffel und für jeden der sich eine leichte Bedienung wünscht. Die Workouts sind sehr kurz und gehen sehr schnell. Ich Zweifele zwar dass man innerhalb 30 Tagen gleich einen sixpack hat aber besser als garnichts dafür zu tun.
